Become an Exhibitor

  1. Review the Exhibit Space Agreement carefully.
  2. Complete and return the Exhibit Space Agreement and Designated Contact Form.
  3. Send completed forms to Exhibition Chair Shahd El Elfy - [email protected].

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first served, space available basis.

Important Dates and Pricing

  • Reservations are $1,250 for a 10' x 10' booth
  • Deadline to register for a booth is March 1st, 2017

Exhibit Hours

  • Booth Installation - All exhibits must be installed by 5pm Monday march 27th
    • Monday March 27th 9am to 5pm
  • Exhibiting Hours
    • Tuesday March 28th, 2017 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Wednesday March 29th, 2017 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Booth Dismantling
    • Exhibitors may begin dismantling activities after 4:00 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2017
    • Move-out must be completed by 6:00 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2017

Exhibitor Packages Include

  • Four complimentary Exhibitor Registrations for each 100 square feet of contracted exhibit space
  • Listing in the Symposium Program
  • Company logo on symposium website
  • Social media posts leading up to the symposium
