Become an Exhibitor
- Review the Exhibit Space Agreement carefully.
- Complete and return the Exhibit Space Agreement and Designated Contact Form.
- Send completed forms to Exhibition Chair Shahd El Elfy - [email protected].
Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first served, space available basis.
Important Dates and Pricing
- Reservations are $1,250 for a 10' x 10' booth
- Deadline to register for a booth is March 1st, 2017
- Booth Installation - All exhibits must be installed by 5pm Monday march 27th
- Monday March 27th 9am to 5pm
- Exhibiting Hours
- Tuesday March 28th, 2017 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday March 29th, 2017 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Booth Dismantling
- Exhibitors may begin dismantling activities after 4:00 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2017
- Move-out must be completed by 6:00 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2017
Exhibitor Packages Include
- Four complimentary Exhibitor Registrations for each 100 square feet of contracted exhibit space
